What to Bring Whitewater Raftin

REQUIRED

  • Short sleeve t-shirt to wear under your life jacket
  • Shoes that will protect your feet and toes.  Old tennis shoes or water shoes are perfect.
    – no crocs or flip-flops-

OTHER

  • Sunglasses – with a safety strap
  • Waterproof camera
  • In the Spring and Fall bring an extra wool or a quick-dry fleece sweater (no cotton)
  • Water Bottle
  • A little cash to tip your brave and hardworking raft guide

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who is not sober upon arrival, or does not stay sober.

 DO NOT BRING
Anything  on the river with you – You’ll lose it, break it or get it wet, AND it may create a hazard to you and others on the river. If you feel you must take anything on the raft with you, please consult with us before your trip.

YOU MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR RIVER TRIP.  You MUST be intellectually and emotionally mature enough to understand and to follow our advice. You must hear well and be fluent in English. Our minimum age is 11 years. Under NO circumstances will a child UNDER 11 YEARS OLD be allowed on our river trip.If you have any unique medical, physical, intellectual or psychological conditions, please CALL US with that information. We’ll make every effort to accommodate you. Very few conditions would disqualify a person from OUR whitewater rafting trip. However, please call us regarding your unique condition as soon as possible, to avoid the risk of arriving for your trip only to be disappointed. PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING ANY MEDICATION YOU MAY NEED ON RIVER.

All participants MUST sign a liability release upon arrival, as a condition of their participation in the trip.

 You must ARRIVE ON TIME; we strongly suggest you come early. We cannot and will not wait for late arrivals.

Often, once your initial rafting reservations are made, friends decide they would like to join in the fun. NO PROBLEM! As long as we still have space available on your trip, you can always increase the size of your group by calling our reservation hotline (651) 302-1774 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your need for additional rafting reservations.
